ALFRED HITCHCOCK & RAVEN/CROW

These series of photos are widely available and common when searching 'Hitchcock' on the internet, I wanted to try and find out details on the photo such as when it was released, who took it and Hitchcock's apparent attachment to the bird. Illustrated also by his move 'The Birds' released in 1963.

 

It's actually a publicity shot in anticipation of The Birds, by photographer, Robert Coburn. in 1963.
